Unser Weingut befindet sich in der Gemeinde Yens, im Bezirk Morges.<\/p>\n

Von seinem H\u00fcgel aus \u00fcberragt unser Dorf das Becken des Genfersees. Das Dorf genie\u00dft einen atemberaubenden Blick \u00fcber den gesamten Genfersee und die Alpen.<\/p>\n

Unser Gut verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber 10 Hektaren Reben welche Teil sind der Vereinigung \u00ab Vins de Morges \u00bb welche wiederum Teil der Appellation d\u2019origine contr\u00f4l\u00e9e (AOC) \u00ab La C\u00f4te \u00bb ist.<\/p>\n

Die halbhoch gef\u00fchrten Reben werden umweltfreundlich nach den Normen der Integrierten Produktion (IP) und dem Pflichtenheft von \u00abVinatura\u00bb kultiviert.<\/p>\n

Alle unsere Weine werden ausschliesslich mit Trauben aus unseren eigenen Parzellen produziert. Sie werden in unserem Keller gekeltert und abgef\u00fcllt und tragen ausnahmslos die Bezeichnung \u00ab Grand Cru \u00bb (Zertifizierung der Traubenherkunft und deren Qualit\u00e4t). Vom Rebstock bis zur Abf\u00fcllung werden alle Produktionsschritte auf unserem Gut durchgef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n

Unser Keller ist jeden Tag ge\u00f6ffnet. Ein Anruf reicht um sicherzustellen, dass jemand auf dem Anwesen ist. Geschlossen am Sonntag.

Geschichte<\/h2>\n

1950 wurde das Gut von Henri Coeytaux \u00fcbernommen. Er hat es selbst bis 1974 f\u00fchrte.<\/p>\n

Von 1974 an bis 1995 waren es seine zwei S\u00f6hne, Henri und Jean-Claude Coeytaux, welche das Weingut \u00fcbernommen haben. In diesen 20 Jahren wurden viele Arbeiten und Modifikationen durchgef\u00fchrt, sowohl auf Gutsebene (Restrukturierung der Parzellen) wie auch am Geb\u00e4ude.<\/p>\n

Unser Haus datiert aus dem Jahre 1597.<\/p>\n

Auf Wunsch von Jean-Daniel, Sohn von Jean-Claude, wird seit 1988 der Wein auf dem Gut gekeltert und abgef\u00fcllt.<\/p>\n

1994 \u00fcbernimmt Jean-Daniel Coeytaux dann das Landwirtschafts- (20 ha) und Weingut (6 ha).<\/p>\n

Seit 1995 entwickelt Jean-Daniel, begleitet von seiner Gattin Sylvie, die Vinifikation und die Lagerung der Produktion weiter. Von der Rebe bis zum Verkauf der Flaschen werden alle Etappen auf dem eigenen Hof durchgef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n
